The Usual and Sorrel Abyssinians are the timeless standards of the breed, celebrated for their stunning coats. The Usual Abyssinian displays a deep, golden-brown coat with warm ruddy undertones and distinct black ticking, while the Sorrel Abyssinian boasts a rich, coppery-red base with cinnamon-brown ticking. Their glowing, wildcat-like appearance is both elegant and exotic. Their alert, almond-shaped eyes—often gold or green—add to their expressive charm. Known for being highly intelligent and affectionate, these cats form strong bonds with their families and thrive in interactive, engaging environments. If you’re seeking a beautiful, active, and loyal companion, the Usual and Sorrel Abyssinians are true classics.
The Silver Abyssinian is a stunning variation that combines the breed’s signature elegance with a dazzling twist. It comes in other colour ranges, but we do prefer the usual silver. Their soft, silvery-white base coat is beautifully contrasted with dark ticking, giving them a striking, ethereal appearance. Though rarer than the Usual, Silver Abyssinians are growing in popularity for their unique beauty and spirited personality. They are intelligent, curious, and enjoy companionship, whether from humans or other cats. Their shimmering coats, graceful movement, and affectionate demeanor make them the perfect blend of rarity and refinement.
In addition to our focus on traditional and silver Abyssinians, we occasionally welcome kittens in dilute colours such as blue, and fawn. These gentle shades offer a soft, pastel-like twist on the classic Abyssinian look.
Though less common, dilute Abyssinians share all the same wonderful traits—high energy, affectionate nature, and inquisitive minds. These kittens are perfect for those looking for something visually unique while still enjoying the playful, people-loving personality the breed is known for. Each one is truly one of a kind.
